Returns and Exchanges
At Paper London, we want you to love your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please carefully read and follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth process:
For All customers, please start a return using our Returns Portal.
- Return window: Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
- Swimwear bottoms must have the hygiene protector sticker intact.
After initiating your return via the portal, you can choose one of the following options:
1. Use our prepaid return label
- A standard return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (see fee structure below).
2. Use a courier of your choice
- Please note: We do not reimburse shipping costs for self-arranged returns.
Return Fees for Prepaid Labels (International)
If you opt for our prepaid label, the following flat fees will be deducted from your refund:
UK Free
Europe (EU) £12
USA & Canada £18
Australia & NZ £22
Asia £20
Rest of World £25
We recommend using our prepaid label for convenience and tracking.
Refunds and Store Credit
- Eligible items will be refunded to your original payment method minus any applicable return fee.
- Prefer to shop again? Choose store credit instead of a refund and we’ll add 10% extra as a thank-you.
(Example: £200 return = £220 store credit)
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges for international orders. Instead:
- Return the item for a refund or store credit.
- Place a new order for your preferred item.
UK Customers: Exchanges are available and will be shipped free of charge.
Exclusions
- Items returned worn, without tags, or outside the 21-day window will not be accepted.
- Swimwear bottoms must include the hygiene protector sticker.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

FAQs
Will my postage be refunded if I want to return an item?
We do not refund postage costs, unless otherwise stated.
How long will it take for my funds to appear back in my account?
After we receive your returned parcel, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed, or 3 working days for your exchange to be sent.
Can I exchange my item/s for a different style?
All exchanges are based on stock availability. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different colour / size as long as they are the same cost value. However if the exchanged style is more or less than the original item, we will need to process a refund for this and the item will need to be reordered through our website.
All UK exchanges will be sent out to you at no extra cost.

Can I return sale items?
We offer 100% store credit only on sale items provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging with tags attached. we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. products with *final sale are not eligible for a store credit, refund or exchange.
