Returns and Exchanges
At Paper London, we want you to love your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please carefully read and follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth process:
For UK Customers, please start a return using our Returns Portal.
International returns must be initiated by emailing care@paperlondon.com.
You can choose one of the following return methods:
- Use the prepaid label provided by us (available upon request).
- Use a courier of your own choice. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
Eligible returned items must be received by our returns team within 21 days from the delivery date of your parcel.
Please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition, with all tags in place.
Exclusions:
Items returned with signs of wear, missing tags, or beyond the 21-day return window will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Swimwear bottoms must be returned with the hygiene protector sticker intact. Returns for swimwear bottoms without this sticker will not be accepted. If the hygiene protector sticker is missing upon receiving your order, kindly notify our care@paperlondon.com team immediately.
Refunds and Store Credit:
Eligible returned items can be refunded via the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.
Exchanges:
All exchanges will be sent out free of charge.
Important Note:
If you opt to use a courier of your choice, please be aware that we cannot reimburse any costs incurred through this method.

FAQs
Will my postage be refunded if I want to return an item?
We do not refund postage costs, unless otherwise stated.
How long will it take for my funds to appear back in my account?
After we receive your returned parcel, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed, or 3 working days for your exchange to be sent.
Can I exchange my item/s for a different style?
All exchanges are based on stock availability. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different colour / size as long as they are the same cost value. However if the exchanged style is more or less than the original item, we will need to process a refund for this and the item will need to be reordered through our website.
All exchanges will be sent out to you at no extra cost.
Can I return sale items?
Final sale: All final sale items will be clearly marked final sale in the product title and can only be returned for store credit.
Sale: Any items on sale that are not marked 'final sale' in the product title can be exchanged or returned for a credit note.
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, PAPER offers a 21 day return or exchange policy.
